  IAGO Flight Path graduates secure a professional advantage - Our training programs deliver effective, airline relevant Core Competency development – less time ‘training out’ or up skilling behaviors so often missing from conventional MCC and type rating pathways.

  IAGO programs allocate additional time to embed advanced scenario and maneuver based training. We offer more in terms of content and exposure to areas that matter – building resilience so our graduates have the skills and crew behaviors to safely and consistently manage unexpected non-normal events

  In the current environment of cost pressures, it’s also refreshing to discover that in some ways we are going back in time. 

  Two decades ago you could expect to spend 44 hours in a full simulation environment. Now, it’s more like 32 to 36 hours. At IAGO we simply don’t feel that offers you, or your airline, enough. 

  We train for compliance AND competence so as a cadet you can expect at least 50 hours Type airline relevant training with us. We want to offer you a head start to your career by using the latest technologies and approaches, but also returning to a time when quality of training was the most important thing. 

  So, our approach is a mixture of traditional value with fresh ideas.

  As part of our commitment to developing natural talent, we want to make sure that upfront financial costs do not stop the great pilots of the future having the careers they deserve.  

  So working with our partner airlines we’ve established a range of financial models to support aspiring pilots achieve initial Type Rating and airline placement without the need for securitized loans and inflated up front charges.

  This widens the net to attract natural talent that may otherwise not be in a position to proceed - and broadens our talent pool as the industry develops and changes.
